Shopify Store Shipping Policy

1. Policy Statement

This shipping policy applies to the order delivery, logistics tracking, exception handling, and related after-sales matters for all products in this Shopify store. After a customer successfully submits an order and completes payment, the store will complete order review, product packaging, and shipment within 7 business days (business days exclude weekends, statutory holidays, and local public holidays). The daily order cut-off time is 16:00 local time. Orders paid after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day.
